About This Series: The Divine Feminine Embodiment Series is a special series of 4 different workshops that flip between Embodied Movement + Ecstatic Dance and Somatic Release Breathwork + Hands-On Energy Healing. Sign up for any of the four workshops you can attend! You do not have to attend all four workshops, but we do encourage it :) About The Instructor: Samara is a guide, healer, and mentor for women on their healing and awakening journeys. She has helped 100s of women over the past 5 years deepen into their embodiment, heal and regulate the nervous system, expand consciousness, and cultivate spiritual and intuitive gifts. Samara Healing + Awakening exists to catalyze spiritual awakenings, liberation from trauma + the confines of the small self, and the process of Divine Embodiment. Embodied Movement + Ecstatic Dance: Workshop #3: Friday, January 31st (7-9pm) The focus of this workshop is exploring relationship to Wild or Dark Feminine. We will deepen the work we did in Workshop 1 and explore the darker aspects of the Goddess or the Feminine through non-linear and sensual movement. We will explore themes around programming, conditioning, the "good girl" archetype, and explore wildness, wrath, and liberation. The first half of the workshop will be guided movement and is focused on meeting the body, exploring moving in feminine and non-linear ways, and opening the hips and heart. This is an opportunity to explore the ways in which Shakti and Life Force Energy want to move throughout the body. We will worship at the altar of the feminine form. This is a deeply sensual, pleasurable, and liberating style of moving. The second half of the workshop will be a freestyle ecstatic dance where we will move and express freely under the night sky to an epic playlist. This will be wild, cathartic and freeing. Guaranteed to leave feeling liberated and light.
