Goddess Yoga is the Art of Sacred and Sensual movement. This is for you if you desire deeper connection to the Divine Feminine, womb, heart, body, pleasure, + sexuality. It is a combination of ancient, powerful rituals that create profound transformation in women - sensual movement, intuitive dance, Kundalini Breathwork, Essential Oil Anointing, Sharing Circle, Vocal Activation, + more. Please bring water, a yoga mat, and wear clothing you can move freely in (and feel beautiful in). Optional: Bring any item you wish to place on our altar including any flower/plant offerings.
