This is a class all-levels Hatha Yoga class with an extended guided meditation. Space is limited to 15 students! Please register online to claim your spot in class. Life happens, plans change - we get it! If you ever need to cancel your reservation, please notify us via email at least 3 hours in advance. You will be given a credit to reschedule your session at a later time. In the event of a no-show, opportunity to receive a credit will be forfeited. All classes, workshops, special events and appointments are non-refundable.
