2-hour strength & stretch workshop for advanced postures with Michelle. Limited to 8 students. Workshops will be held on Saturday, January 18th and Saturday, February 1st (1-3pm). Join this beginner-friendly workshop to: Build foundational strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility Learn core stability techniques for better posture and movement Practice active & passive stretching to increase mobility and flexibility Integrate breathwork to support fluid movement and transitions Develop skills and practice drills to prepare your body for advanced postures Progress with gentle steps towards achieving more advanced goals Gain confidence and ease in your movement practice

Series are non-refundable. Any classes missed will not be refunded or credited. In the event of inclement weather or instructor illness, we will reschedule class the week following the original end date of the series.
